This new spacious and contemporary student housing mixed-use complex contains all the new amenities popular with today’s young adults. Residential above retail, The Quad is the first project out of the ground in San Marcos’ 200 acre “University District”, a new “smart growth” urban hub for northern San Diego County. Graphic Solutions created the signage elements for identity and wayfinding in the city’s newly adopted “University District” specific plan, along with detailed design guidelines, sign design and retail tenant criteria for The Quad.
